You can't reach anyone. I've requested several times for them to reach out to me but no response. I never received my package and can't even track it since l can't log in. I need a refund

I need a refund or it needs to be resent. If l still don't hear from you I will call the bank and have it reversed.

Cannot reach anyone but your automated system. I have been with Morning Save for a while now and never had an issue like this. One of my orders you canceled, and the money hasn't been put back in my account. Another order I canceled, and you haven't emailed me with any statement of the facts, and the money hasn't been put back in my account.

Hello - We replied to you on Tuesday with the estimated delivery date range that was quoted when you placed the order. (July 21st) The order shipped and left our warehouse yesterday and can no longer be canceled.

You may refuse delivery of the order by telling your mail carrier or returning the unopened package to your local Post Office. They'll send it back to us and we'll refund you upon its return.

User's recommendation: Watch what read , I’m charged $6.48 a month for a shipping fee . I purchased a $20.00 item , 3 months ago, there taking out 6.48 a month shipping fee ! Cannot get in touch with company to cancel no phone numbers ! Scam company ! Now I have to change banks to stop there continuing payment of $6.48 , *** !!!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Contact morningsave.com to resolve a dissatisfaction with a product you purchased, and more than likely they’ll refund you or give you instructions for a return.

I bought a pair of slippers advertised on TV. They fell apart within one week.

I contacted Morningsave.com, and they refunded me for both the product and shipping. So they did refund me for my loss.
