I am not pleased with the cancellation policy since I tried to cancel the air fryer before it was shipped. I explained it was too cumbersome for my special needs daughter.

Also, I asked for a return label with free shipping, which was denied. I will not be purchasing from this company ever again...extremely disappointed.

Hello - I see we advised that you refuse delivery of the unopened box, which would have been a no-cost solution to return the item. As the box was opened, that option no longer applies and you would be responsible for return shipping.

A charge is pending on my bank account I haven't ordered anything

I don't even understand or know why this charge is on my bank account. I haven't ordered anything in, I want to say, 2 months, probably longer.

The last thing I ordered from this company was some boots.

That fee was taken right away, so I don't know why this $6.59 charge is there. No matter how high or low the price, I haven't ordered anything, and you're taking money from my account fraudulently.

Got no response .I received a non working product and no one answered for me to get a refund. I hope you can send me a refund.

The product has no battery life. It is a lithium battery which is no replaceable.

Ordering was fine but company response to queries was terrible.

I have been trying to cancel my Morning save subscription and have not received any response or communication regarding matter. I have been trying to cancel for over a month now and have been charged two times for membership that I did not want in the first place.

Never received the product and can’t get a phone number to call

I ordered a product over two months ago and have not received it to this day. There is no phone number to call.

I am directed to go on a chat line.

When I type in requesting a phone number to call to talk to a representative, I get a box that tells me I will be charged a dollar to have a phone conversation. I think this is a scam and all I want to do is cancel this subscription to this company.

Click Here to reset your password: https://morningsave.com/account/forgotpassword?client_id=morningsave.com. Then enter your email address and click the "I forgot my password" button. That will send you an email that has a link for you to click to enter your new password.

I received my pkg late on 29th after receiving two E-mails stating it had arrived. On Sep.

25 and then morning Sep 29. I now have my package.

Received E-mail stating they are resending it. I have contacted saying I didn't need to resend.
