You can't reach anyone. I've requested several times for them to reach out to me but no response. I never received my package and can't even track it since l can't log in. I need a refund
I need a refund or it needs to be resent. If l still don't hear from you I will call the bank and have it reversed.

Cannot reach anyone but your automated system. I have been with Morning Save for a while now and never had an issue like this. One of my orders you canceled, and the money hasn't been put back in my account. Another order I canceled, and you haven't emailed me with any statement of the facts, and the money hasn't been put back in my account.

I did not give permission for monthly shipping fee this is a scam company ! No customer service phone number a ghost company
User's recommendation: Watch what read , I’m charged $6.48 a month for a shipping fee . I purchased a $20.00 item , 3 months ago, there taking out 6.48 a month shipping fee ! Cannot get in touch with company to cancel no phone numbers ! Scam company ! Now I have to change banks to stop there continuing payment of $6.48 , *** !!!!!

Morningsave needs to be customer-friendly. Unable to return items purchased. Buy a lot of products from Morningsave.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Contact morningsave.com to resolve a dissatisfaction with a product you purchased, and more than likely they’ll refund you or give you instructions for a return.
I bought a pair of slippers advertised on TV. They fell apart within one week.
I contacted Morningsave.com, and they refunded me for both the product and shipping. So they did refund me for my loss.
