I'm going to renew my 5.99 membership when I order. Because I'm on a set income and I don't have $5.99 a month unless I'm ordering something from Morning save.com, so please discontinue my membership, I am sorry about any misunderstanding about the $5.99 membership fee, I was unaware of that charge until in an email you sent me letting me know that I could cancel my membership at any time.

Finally delivered item. Contact the company & ask for delivery date. They are not accurate in their delivery projections.
I placed an order that should have been delivered by October 13th. I went to the website to see why it is late, but there is no record of my order.
I have a confirmation email & also see my debit card was charged.
So..where is it.

I have not received my order due between the 12th and 14th. I was told to check my email if I had not received it, which I did in the evening of the 14th.
I have not had any kind of answer whatsoever. Then I went on chat, and they want me to pay five dollars for a secure line. I am a first-time customer, first-time buyer, and would like to see my order because it looked very good.
However, I'd like some credit; this is just ridiculous, especially with no answers while paying five dollars and still not getting it. Come on, people, get your you-know-what together.
User's recommendation: Be very hard for me to recommend morning save even though the price was very good. Nobody seems interested in clearing this up. That’s a shame because you advertise on all the major channels.

Placed an order for a fleece-lined top/pants and stopped to pay to become a member in order to receive free shipping. I don't know if my order went through and was completed. To go back and replace the order, I wasn't sure if this would create a double order.
