I'm going to renew my 5.99 membership when I order. Because I'm on a set income and I don't have $5.99 a month unless I'm ordering something from Morning save.com, so please discontinue my membership, I am sorry about any misunderstanding about the $5.99 membership fee, I was unaware of that charge until in an email you sent me letting me know that I could cancel my membership at any time.

I sent back 8 pages; I only got paid for 6. I live on a budget; I don't have money to throw away.
So if you could, I would appreciate you sending me back my money. Thank you; that will greatly appreciate and fix the problem. No one else would have that problem like I had.

Finally delivered item. Contact the company & ask for delivery date. They are not accurate in their delivery projections.
I placed an order that should have been delivered by October 13th. I went to the website to see why it is late, but there is no record of my order.
I have a confirmation email & also see my debit card was charged.
So..where is it.
Called & had to leave a message!! ![]()

Trouble using my info to log into my account on your website. I've asked for help several times via email since I can't call customer service, and my issue gets no reply. Why can't we speak to someone for assistance?
Preferred solution: I purchased the LED Face Mask that stopped working and I'd like to have another one sent to me or get a full refund if that isn't an option.

Placed an order for a fleece-lined top/pants and stopped to pay to become a member in order to receive free shipping. I don't know if my order went through and was completed. To go back and replace the order, I wasn't sure if this would create a double order.

No one to speak to directly
I placed an order for an item; the screen went blank with no confirmation that my order went through. I then proceeded to order this item again, and there was a confirmation to show me that it was ordered.
On Saturday, I received two packages.
I then thought one was my shoulder pad and the other was my eye pads until I opened the second box, and it was another shoulder pad. I looked online and saw there were two orders placed unintentionally, so I need to return this other one for a full refund due to the error on your page when placing my order.

Send me a scale that works; it's on my file which one. I have pics.
I purchased sheet sets and a night light phone charger. I haven't received my charger yet. I just hope the sheets aren't dry rotted and my charger comes. I'm getting the runaround from Sun Beam and the affiliated numbers to companies I've called.
This is ridiculous. I also have emails saying I'm contacting the wrong suppliers!
