About a product that I got from y’all
I got a over the ear headphone from morning and I cannot get it to work and nobody dont wanna give me no information on it and the name of it is VOZA this dont make no sense there and when you call that you cant get no information from nobody about it. I need somebody to call me.
I do not like texting and talking on the audio. Call me so I can tell you whats going on and let me talk to somebody and how long its gonna take for somebody to call me. Please give me a call number. Please give me a call at 706-399-****.
I do not like emails in texting. I want to talk to a person as soon as possible.
Its a head bone headphone by voice smart is the 660 D and I have not. I didnt get all the parts to it and I cannot use it

I was excited to try MorningSave since I used to love the old-school Woot, but this experience was a disaster.
2/3/25 Placed order.
2/6/25 Still "processing" with no shipment. Contacted customer service to cancel since it wouldn't arrive in time.
They refused.
CS said theyd ship it anyway, and if I didnt want it, Id have to refuse delivery. (What kind of policy is that?)
I asked again to cancel. No response.
Later that night, they suddenly generate a tracking number.
Next morning, I ask them to stop the shipment via FedEx (which they could do). They ignore me and repeat, "Just refuse delivery."
2/11/25 Package arrives.
Now I have to waste my time going to a FedEx store just to return something I didnt want.
I want to be clear that I requested cancellation well before shipment, which is a standard practice for reputable retailers.
Instead of honoring my request, they forced me to refuse deliverywhich is not a customer-friendly policy.
Anyone considering buying from MorningSave should be aware of this.
Absolute garbage experience. MorningSave = Never Again.

Caitlin did a great job helping me find my box. She worked quickly and courteous.
My money was refunded for my package that was left at another apartment in my building. The photo I received didn’t show the door number and it was gray. I responded back with my photo of my apt number on a white door. Because this site was so “wait till we call you” I was frustrated to no end when the recording announced a response in 2-3 business days via e-mail.
I got an email in about an hour. Thank you Caitlin!
According to the message, the delivery time was 2:59 pm! I live on the 8th floor of a high-rise building, so a half hour is not a good situation for a package left unattended. My concern now is to find someone who can rectify this situation by either retrieving my item or refunding me for it.
All the numbers I call are automated and state a response time of 2-3 business days. Today is Friday and it's already 4:40 pm!

Tried to cancel my membership and they said it was done and sent me proof, but continued to take money out of my checking. Wouldn't answer calls to main number and to chat with them after talking to support online they wanted me to pay to talk to a live person. Awful company to deal with!

Let me begin by saying I live out of the US, I pay to have items shipped from Florida to me, and it is very difficult if not impossible to return-. Shopping options are limited where I live.
I read all product descriptions very carefully and observe the pictures. I really like MS's selection & pricing. However, I bought 108-Piece: Ruby Space Triangles Triple Hanger Hooks . The pictures showed 6 bags.
That was great I would use 1/2 bags and gift the rest that would be in original bags. I received 2 large bags of 54. I have no use for 54 hanger hooks and once a bag is opened it is not suitable for gifting. I notified customer service and advised them to be more diligent about pictures--I expected more than thanks for the feedback.
I asked for some type of compensation. The CSR was advised that I was out of the country. I was told to return the item at my expense. Please keep in mind I did not receive what I ordered.
I was not even offered a shipping label for the return US leg of a return which was really not possible UNLESS THERE WAS A MIRACLE and someone was able to take it back--but then there was no US shipping label--the odds of this happening are next to impossible! I would like to be compensated for the mistake that was made by MS. The item cost $20.
Since finding MS, I have been shopping on their site for quite a few things. I really expected better treatment than that

Its easy for someone else to use your card without your knowledge. I cancelled Morning Save in 2024 and by my checking my account I found morning save has been charging me since last year and I want my money back on the card.

They were $10,00 each. Morning Save charged me $52.28 on Feb. 10th 2025. On 2\24 there were 3 charges $20.28, $21.35,$21.36 I don't know what those charges were for.
