No one answered my phone call but I left call back information and my email address.Thank you. The machine was working great when I first turned it on and like I said, I only use the machine just once and I just purchased it more more so less than a month or so ago and its not working and I need someone to replace it or either refund my money thank you

No response to phone call !! I am out the $$ I paid for my item that was sent .
It was non working when I received it. The manufacturer will NOT help or replace.
Morning Save has not responded. I will be contacting the TV show that promoted Morning Save.( Kelly Clarkson Show)

Caitlin did a great job helping me find my box. She worked quickly and courteous.
My money was refunded for my package that was left at another apartment in my building. The photo I received didn’t show the door number and it was gray. I responded back with my photo of my apt number on a white door. Because this site was so “wait till we call you” I was frustrated to no end when the recording announced a response in 2-3 business days via e-mail.
I got an email in about an hour. Thank you Caitlin!
According to the message, the delivery time was 2:59 pm! I live on the 8th floor of a high-rise building, so a half hour is not a good situation for a package left unattended. My concern now is to find someone who can rectify this situation by either retrieving my item or refunding me for it.
All the numbers I call are automated and state a response time of 2-3 business days. Today is Friday and it's already 4:40 pm!

Disappointed unsatisfied customer
I have ordering items and products from your company for several years now never had an issue till now.
I placed the order on November 6th for the two pack Dufun dinosaur race track for my boys and the price was $42.64
Never received it I have been going back and forth with Chat with customer service since
November 12, 24, it could not get this matter resolved. I have even requested a refund or replacement of the track set and nothing has been accomplished.

I received the Kenneth Cole mid length puffer coat and needed to return it as too small. I have reordered the coat Im a larger size.
BUT I have not been able to get a return label that most companies provide you. I placed a large order and was really satisfied with the other items. The order was placed 3 weeks before Christmas.
I do not have original box I received it im and now no shipping label to provide . I believe you can help me.!

Ive been attempting to cancel this shipping fee they are taking out every month. I havent ordered anything nor did I sign up for it.
I was going to order something but I never did.
I thought that was the shipping cost and it was canceled along with the order that never was made. I would like this resolved asap and reimbursement of the funds that have been taken.
