Unit will not charge

The unit will not charge. I am begging for a call to see if I can get the unit to charge or request an RMA code to return the item.

I will not pay for return shipping since I have made multiple attempts to speak with a customer service person to no avail.

Caitlin did a great job helping me find my box. She worked quickly and courteous.

My money was refunded for my package that was left at another apartment in my building. The photo I received didn’t show the door number and it was gray. I responded back with my photo of my apt number on a white door. Because this site was so “wait till we call you” I was frustrated to no end when the recording announced a response in 2-3 business days via e-mail.

I got an email in about an hour. Thank you Caitlin!

Today, I received an email at 3:36 pm that my package was delivered. It didn't specify a location, such as my door or mailroom, etc.

According to the message, the delivery time was 2:59 pm! I live on the 8th floor of a high-rise building, so a half hour is not a good situation for a package left unattended. My concern now is to find someone who can rectify this situation by either retrieving my item or refunding me for it.

All the numbers I call are automated and state a response time of 2-3 business days. Today is Friday and it's already 4:40 pm!

I order 11 pc stainless steel Pro Cuisinart. Cookware, after the first use I started to see stains inside the pots that will not come off.

One stain looks like rust stains. I call and was not able to talk to a customer service person. I was only able to leave a voicemail for someone to call me, but no one ever call me back. File a complaint about the problem to the chat line they provided.

They reply a few days later stating that I could return the items for a refund, but I had to pay for the return shipping fees and provide a tracking number otherwise no refund were going to be issued. The email did not have Morning Save heading or anything I could trust. I realize that this whole thing was a scam.

It is sad that a company like NBC can have this

Kind of scam going on. They should be responsible for the product they sale and provide a good customer service when a consumer have issues with the product they advise in their channels.

I've canceled this Membership for you, effective immediately. If you haven't used the Membership services during this billing period our system will automatically refund you the fee + applicable tax. Your refund is issued immediately but may take up to 48 hours to process, depending on your bank.

If you have placed an order this period, the Membership fee will not be refunded. (I went ahead and refunded last month's fee as well, as a courtesy.)

I received my pkg late on 29th after receiving two E-mails stating it had arrived. On Sep.

25 and then morning Sep 29. I now have my package.

Received shipping box which contained an EMPTY manufactures :product box for the " HEALTH O METER scale I ordered, ONLY shipping box and product EMPTY box arrived. This order is paid for in full.

HOW DO I ACTUALLY GET THE PRODUCT that was supposed to be i n box???

Resolved: I couldn't use the additional savings code that was offered with the product.

When I firstly ordered the ProBreeze air fryer, I didn't/couldn't see where the the promo code was to be applied, because it was barely there. I checked the knives, and saw where to apply it.

I canceled the first order, and re-ordered again.

I couldn't use the code with the new order because the prompt said the code wasn't recognized. I couldn't claim my additional 15% savings/deduction on my order.

I ordered 2 items in February. I did not sign up for a membership and would never sign up for something that charges me monthly if Im not going to use it every month.

My account says it will renew on July 28, 2024. What renewal? I have had 3 monthly payments (6.35 each) taken out of my account; thankfully I check my account and caught it before I continued to be charged. This is horrible to charge people monthly without their consent or to use fine print no one notices when ordering.

I should have this refunded.
There are no order numbers showing on anything Ive ordered to refer to.
My card that is being charged is not even listed with the correct expiration date. How are these charges legally going through?
