Questions concerning charges on my account

Im not sure. Its been months since placing an order for morning save.

I just realized for at least the past four months.

Ive been billed six dollars and some cents from you all, I dont recall doing a membership. Im trying to find out what is the charge for and get it canceled, please, Im on a fixed income and cannot afford this charge.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Continue to contact customer service- issue was resolved but they don’t answer emails right away.

I cant log into my account and it wont send me an email to reset when I hit the forgot password link!

This is very frustrating to make a return and I would never buy from this company again.

They give you the option to submit a ticket for your return and then it takes 1-2 days IF they ever respond back to you and their return window is very short, especially for the Christmas season.

Save yourself the grief and shop from a reputable company that make it easy to make a return!

There's no checkout process. When I selected items, I could not go to the checkout page to confirm that I wanted the items.

I could not see what items I selected to delete some of them. Why is this?

Hello, We don’t have a shopping cart like most stores and that’s on purpose. With limited stock, putting things in a cart can lead to someone else grabbing them before you check out.

Or worse, stuff just sits in abandoned carts while others miss out. That doesn't work for anyone. So instead, you buy items one at a time. This is fast and fair.

Ripping me off

They charge my card every month, so almost 7 dollars no matter what, and it's very hard to dispute it. I see it on my statement every month, and I have to dispute it, and I get no results.

I cannot contact these people. They didn't have a phone number that I can get that works. It is ridiculous, and it is a scam for the rich to make the rich richer.

I hope that people read this and will not use it. I got one good deal, but they're still charging my account every month after month after month, seven to $10, and they're making me write 100 symbols for this review, which is not good for them.

I want my money back. I don't mind paying when I buy something, but when I don't, they still take my money.

Some of the stuff is great.

But in a month, when you don't buy anything, they still take your money. I want to cancel this, and you can't talk to anyone, which is awful; they should have a phone number that you can call.

Ordered retinol reface, 2/12.99. Ended up charging me shipping plus 19.99 for 2 and charged me twice for that plus another 6.72.

Therefore I am at 50 for a product that is 20 in a store. Refund my money immediately please.

You seem to be a joke; I am on a fixed income. Refund my money.
