Don’t understand why I’m getting charged each month

Send me a scale that works; it's on my file which one. I have pics.

I purchased sheet sets and a night light phone charger. I haven't received my charger yet. I just hope the sheets aren't dry rotted and my charger comes. I'm getting the runaround from Sun Beam and the affiliated numbers to companies I've called.

This is ridiculous. I also have emails saying I'm contacting the wrong suppliers!

I am being charged every single month for nine months for $6.39 which I did not authorize you to do so I would like a credit for each and every charge I have been trying to contact you since the first $6.39 hit my account and no one has called me back. This is getting out of control.

I got a over the ear headphone from morning and I cannot get it to work and nobody dont wanna give me no information on it and the name of it is VOZA this dont make no sense there and when you call that you cant get no information from nobody about it. I need somebody to call me.

I do not like texting and talking on the audio. Call me so I can tell you whats going on and let me talk to somebody and how long its gonna take for somebody to call me. Please give me a call number. Please give me a call at 706-399-****.

I do not like emails in texting. I want to talk to a person as soon as possible.

Its a head bone headphone by voice smart is the 660 D and I have not. I didnt get all the parts to it and I cannot use it

6.57 As for as I can see 6.57 has been taken out of my account sense at least February, I cant go back from February . I did not authorize this money to come out.

I dont have account with you..

so Id appreciate it if you just send me back my money and cancel whatever account you think this is. I dont even know what kind of company this is.

I was excited to try MorningSave since I used to love the old-school Woot, but this experience was a disaster.

2/3/25 Placed order.

2/6/25 Still "processing" with no shipment. Contacted customer service to cancel since it wouldn't arrive in time.

They refused.

CS said theyd ship it anyway, and if I didnt want it, Id have to refuse delivery. (What kind of policy is that?)

I asked again to cancel. No response.

Later that night, they suddenly generate a tracking number.

Next morning, I ask them to stop the shipment via FedEx (which they could do). They ignore me and repeat, "Just refuse delivery."

2/11/25 Package arrives.

Now I have to waste my time going to a FedEx store just to return something I didnt want.

I want to be clear that I requested cancellation well before shipment, which is a standard practice for reputable retailers.

Instead of honoring my request, they forced me to refuse deliverywhich is not a customer-friendly policy.

Anyone considering buying from MorningSave should be aware of this.

Absolute garbage experience. MorningSave = Never Again.

This has nothing to do with whether the order was "stuck" or not (it was processing for 3 days however). The fact is: I requested cancellation before shipment.

You refused even though it hadn’t shipped yet. You generated tracking AFTER my request to cancel. You ignored my request to stop the shipment via FedEx.

This is not standard practice for reputable retailers. Forcing customers to refuse delivery instead of just canceling is deceptive and anti-customer.

You people have been charging my credit card ending in 5844 a monthly charge. This past month was for $6.50, and there have been various charges in other months.

I have just discovered this, and I have cancelled the credit card. Morningsave has been doing this.

Please send me a check to my address on file for the past 2 years that you people have been doing this. There will be further action if Morningsave does not respond.

Need label with return ship/defective item

First time ordering from any company is scary and this company is in the bunch of scaries. When I take time to call CS I expect to speak to a person.

I received a $54 purse that has no rings on either side to attach shoulder strap?! I literally cant use shoulder strap and whatever material this is it is puckered on one side. I cant believe they attached on side to zipper that pulls in air. Outrageous!

This is worst quality I have ever seen. Horrible workmanship. I shouldnt have to pay for return ship of their lousy item. I am hoping they are decent and send me return label.

PS: they dont allow a pic to come through this review. Not surprised
