Defective item that Ive tried to return or replace and I am not receiving any correspondence back from morningsaved.com

I did not sign up for ongoing charges with Morning Save and would like to cancel all future charges. I do order from you but never signed up for this.

I cant log into my account and it wont send me an email to reset when I hit the forgot password link!

This is very frustrating to make a return and I would never buy from this company again.

They give you the option to submit a ticket for your return and then it takes 1-2 days IF they ever respond back to you and their return window is very short, especially for the Christmas season.

Save yourself the grief and shop from a reputable company that make it easy to make a return!

There's no checkout process. When I selected items, I could not go to the checkout page to confirm that I wanted the items.

I could not see what items I selected to delete some of them. Why is this?

I sent numerous emails and still have been ignored. I would like a refund of the money for the two boxes I returned via USPS mail.

They charge my card every month, so almost 7 dollars no matter what, and it's very hard to dispute it. I see it on my statement every month, and I have to dispute it, and I get no results.

I cannot contact these people. They didn't have a phone number that I can get that works. It is ridiculous, and it is a scam for the rich to make the rich richer.

I hope that people read this and will not use it. I got one good deal, but they're still charging my account every month after month after month, seven to $10, and they're making me write 100 symbols for this review, which is not good for them.

Nobody to speak to, it seems nobody cares if you have a issue. I only wanted to temporarily stop the service.

Now I don't want to use the service at all. Nobody has acknowledged my call or decided to respond to my request.highly dissappointed in this company..please respond to my needs properly, someone please call me to acknowledge my request.

Thats not customer service if you dont have a number people could call

I want my money back. I don't mind paying when I buy something, but when I don't, they still take my money.

Some of the stuff is great.

But in a month, when you don't buy anything, they still take your money. I want to cancel this, and you can't talk to anyone, which is awful; they should have a phone number that you can call.

Have not received my order from Jan 16th. Can you telll me what happen can I still get the ear phones.

Ordered 2 things received one but was broken ordered steamer also didnt receive Ive waited for weeks Nothing

Not happening, this is the second time I canceled and I am still being billed. I will never order again from Morning Save.

Ordered retinol reface, 2/12.99. Ended up charging me shipping plus 19.99 for 2 and charged me twice for that plus another 6.72.

Therefore I am at 50 for a product that is 20 in a store. Refund my money immediately please.

You seem to be a joke; I am on a fixed income. Refund my money.
