Warning for anything with this company
I never ever joined this company for anything. I bought a blender because of a show on TV.
I sent it back because it didn't work for me they misrepresented it. If this cost me money to quit something I didn't join I'll just get with my Discover card and let them take care of this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I already did describe on another one like this
Caitlin did a great job helping me find my box. She worked quickly and courteous.
My money was refunded for my package that was left at another apartment in my building. The photo I received didn’t show the door number and it was gray. I responded back with my photo of my apt number on a white door. Because this site was so “wait till we call you” I was frustrated to no end when the recording announced a response in 2-3 business days via e-mail.
I got an email in about an hour. Thank you Caitlin!
According to the message, the delivery time was 2:59 pm! I live on the 8th floor of a high-rise building, so a half hour is not a good situation for a package left unattended. My concern now is to find someone who can rectify this situation by either retrieving my item or refunding me for it.
All the numbers I call are automated and state a response time of 2-3 business days. Today is Friday and it's already 4:40 pm!

Disappointed unsatisfied customer
I have ordering items and products from your company for several years now never had an issue till now.
I placed the order on November 6th for the two pack Dufun dinosaur race track for my boys and the price was $42.64
Never received it I have been going back and forth with Chat with customer service since
November 12, 24, it could not get this matter resolved. I have even requested a refund or replacement of the track set and nothing has been accomplished.

Your systems do not work!
Chat was resolving by asking me to fill a form asking for my email and my credit card info!!! They did not bother to look up my order to let me know if on the way or etc.
I cannot get thru to anyone.

The suitcases are damaged, and I would like to return them. There are stains in two of the suitcases, and the zipper is damaged on the large suitcase. I am looking for a full refund or a replacement for all suitcases.

I order 11 pc stainless steel Pro Cuisinart. Cookware, after the first use I started to see stains inside the pots that will not come off.
One stain looks like rust stains. I call and was not able to talk to a customer service person. I was only able to leave a voicemail for someone to call me, but no one ever call me back. File a complaint about the problem to the chat line they provided.
They reply a few days later stating that I could return the items for a refund, but I had to pay for the return shipping fees and provide a tracking number otherwise no refund were going to be issued. The email did not have Morning Save heading or anything I could trust. I realize that this whole thing was a scam.
It is sad that a company like NBC can have this
Kind of scam going on. They should be responsible for the product they sale and provide a good customer service when a consumer have issues with the product they advise in their channels.

FedEx says that it was delivered on November 1, 2024, and they show a picture of it on a porch; however, that isn't my porch. I have been trying to resolve this issue and I'm getting nowhere!

They didn't bring my package to my door. They left it in the hallway where it was stolen.
Once they said my package was delivered, I hurried up and went downstairs, but no package was there.
I don't have money to give away. I complained about this before.
