I was supposed to receive a refund for $79.50 I have not received it

I ordered three different items I did receive them I only opened one the coats for my wife I ordered medium they will cut small I spoke through email with someone they said there was going to refund me my money I have not received it they told me to donate the coats I donated to coach and I still have not received my money I will not order any more from this company and I would recommend anyone who does order to make them very small I will not give up my money like that that is wrong I was told I was getting a refund almost a month ago and I still have not received my $79.50
