Simply visit your orders page and click the “Cancel” link. We start processing and shipping your order one hour after it was placed.

If you’d like to cancel your order after one hour you can contact our Customer Support team to make a cancellation request. In most cases it’s too late to cancel an order after one hour but we’ll do our best.

I ordered 3 piece suitcase set and still trying to locate where it is.

Also inaccurate tracking system. Overall bad service.

Question regarding the delivery of a package

I got two packages that according to the delivery person were left in front the door to my apartment but when I arrived home, for the first one, it was not there. For the second one I was home all day, til after the package was supposedly delivered, and nothing was delivered. I've sent a request to the company for help and have received no reply concerning the issue.

When I contacted truMedic about the device not working they said they had liquidated all of the products and morning save had bought them up!
