I dont know what happened I bought something it doesnt work and I cant get a hold of anyone and nobodys getting back to me via email this is going to be very upsetting

Faulty purchases
My mother purchased 2 products from this company for Christmas gifts and you can't get ahold of anyone from the company itself or the other two companies the products came from. Not impressed.

Morningsave is not responding to emails to resolve the defective item I just purchased. There is no phone number, and the website runs you in circles to produce a return ticket.
Still can't do that. It looks like they are running a ghost company for customer service.
I just want my money back for the *** merchandise they sold me. There is no help from the company Lenntek, which manufactures this junk.

I'm going to renew my 5.99 membership when I order. Because I'm on a set income and I don't have $5.99 a month unless I'm ordering something from Morning save.com, so please discontinue my membership, I am sorry about any misunderstanding about the $5.99 membership fee, I was unaware of that charge until in an email you sent me letting me know that I could cancel my membership at any time.

The only communication was with chats and texting. Morningsave communicates through outside companies to solve problems a customer might hv. My problem was not solved and I canceled my acct with Morningsave.

Finally delivered item. Contact the company & ask for delivery date. They are not accurate in their delivery projections.
I placed an order that should have been delivered by October 13th. I went to the website to see why it is late, but there is no record of my order.
I have a confirmation email & also see my debit card was charged.
So..where is it.
Called & had to leave a message!! ![]()
