My package was delivered at my residence but, it was delivered in the lobby not my front door. The the delivery companies that delivers to this residence knows that it's a report with the police department that is high theft on packages that is left in lobby. I spoke with ups already so, they are responsible for my refund.

I am not pleased with the cancellation policy since I tried to cancel the air fryer before it was shipped. I explained it was too cumbersome for my special needs daughter.

Also, I asked for a return label with free shipping, which was denied. I will not be purchasing from this company ever again...extremely disappointed.

Hello - I see we advised that you refuse delivery of the unopened box, which would have been a no-cost solution to return the item. As the box was opened, that option no longer applies and you would be responsible for return shipping.

A charge is pending on my bank account I haven't ordered anything

I don't even understand or know why this charge is on my bank account. I haven't ordered anything in, I want to say, 2 months, probably longer.

The last thing I ordered from this company was some boots.

That fee was taken right away, so I don't know why this $6.59 charge is there. No matter how high or low the price, I haven't ordered anything, and you're taking money from my account fraudulently.

Never received the product and can’t get a phone number to call

I ordered a product over two months ago and have not received it to this day. There is no phone number to call.

I am directed to go on a chat line.

When I type in requesting a phone number to call to talk to a representative, I get a box that tells me I will be charged a dollar to have a phone conversation. I think this is a scam and all I want to do is cancel this subscription to this company.

I received my pkg late on 29th after receiving two E-mails stating it had arrived. On Sep.

25 and then morning Sep 29. I now have my package.

Received E-mail stating they are resending it. I have contacted saying I didn't need to resend.

Order delivery

My order, 'Nice-Icy Present', you said, was delivered but I never got it. I placed an order on the 9th and it was shipped on the 16th according to the email I received.

Then, I got another email saying that it was delivered but I never received it. I kept checking my package hub but it is not there. I just want to talk to somebody about it.

Hello, Your order was placed yesterday and is due to arrive between Wednesday, December 4th - Friday, December 6th. You did not join the membership, so you won't be charged for it. I hope this helps!
